Thanks so much for posting this. I want to go! Why are so many holistic health institutions in Massachusetts? I am always in awe of this...Canyon Ranch, The Ultrawellness Center, Kripalu, Kushi Institute...am I forgetting any place?
I think you got most of them....I am so blessed that Hippocrates is 10 minutes from my home here in South Florida....they have an open lunch (buffet) where outsiders can come in and enjoy lunch as well (you just don't know what is being served until you get there!! but its always good....yummo!)
Also Alissa Cohen has Grezzo raw food restaurant in Massachusetts and I think she just opened a second Grezzo!
You are very lucky to have so many raw food contacts there! Not so much on Long Island where I live but if I travel 2 hours to the NYC I bet I could find tons...
